Customer Information (Delivery, Shipping, Notes)
1. Delivery Date, Delivery Restrictions
Delivery usually takes place within 28 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the payment order has been issued to the transferring credit institution (for advance payment) or after the contract has been concluded (for cash on delivery or purchase on account).
If there are delivery restrictions for a product, we will inform you about them subsequently. Natural stone is a naturally grown product, and especially during the Corona crisis, supply shortages may occur for certain materials from certain countries of origin. In the event of unavailability or only partial availability of the goods, the customer will be informed immediately and the consideration will be refunded without delay.
2. Shipping Costs:
We reserve the right to ship items under 30 KG via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at a flat rate for 30 KG.
The shipping costs via freight forwarding from 30 KG within Germany are as follows:
30 - 50 kg = 129 €
50 - 100 kg = 149 €
100 - 200 kg = 169 €
200 - 300 kg = 189 €
300 - 500 kg = 209 €
500 - 1000 kg = 259 €
1000 - 1500 kg = 350 €
1500 - 3000 kg = 410 €
1 m² of natural stone weighs approx. 60 - 70 KG.
To display shipping costs as transparently as possible, the approximate weight of your configured product will be shown in the shopping cart.
3. Delivery and Shipping Conditions
This is insured shipping, please note the following:
It is essential that you ensure that the goods arrive undamaged. Please check the goods before you sign for them with the freight forwarder's driver. If damage is found subsequently, neither we nor the freight forwarder can be held liable. If there is damage, refuse acceptance.
For goods delivered by freight forwarder, delivery is "curbside", i.e. to the public curb nearest to the delivery address, unless otherwise agreed. Unloading is done with a pallet truck to the curbside. Please note that the pallet truck is not suitable for off-road use and requires a solid surface.
If the delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result. This does not apply to the costs of dispatch if the customer effectively exercises his right of withdrawal. For the return costs, the regulation made in the seller's cancellation policy applies if the customer effectively exercises his right of withdrawal.
4. Notes
We would like to point out that, depending on the material selection, our products are manufactured with a production tolerance of approx. 1-3 mm per machined edge (edge processing).
If you intend to use the products for a purpose other than their original intended purpose, please inform us explicitly. This is the only way we can ensure that your requirements are met and that you are satisfied with the product. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
The images available in the online shop can by no means reproduce all characteristic features found in nature. Deviations do not constitute a reason for complaint.
We cannot be held liable for stains in outdoor areas caused by leaves, blossoms or other environmental influences.
We would like to recommend that you regularly impregnate your natural stone surfaces to preserve their beauty and longevity. A high-quality impregnation not only protects against stains and dirt but also helps to maintain the stone's natural structure and color.
We recommend that you use only brand-name products for impregnation. These products have been specially developed to offer optimal protection and are usually thoroughly tested. They not only guarantee effective sealing but also easy application and long-lasting effects.

The prices stated above correspond to the information or sketches you provided. The minimum billing dimension for individual pieces (e.g., window sills and covers) is 0.25 m² area. Cutouts and openings are measured over.
Natural color differences may occur between individual products as they are made from different blocks. However, we will match them as best as possible.
Honed surfaces always show sanding marks when viewed against the light. Depending on the mineral content and distribution, significant differences in gloss, even within a single delivery, are unavoidable.
The color differences, clouding, veins, and natural imperfections such as pores, inclusions, quartz veins that occur in natural stone and are often perceived by laypersons as puttied areas, are not a reason for complaint, as they are natural phenomena. They do not constitute a reduction in the value of the stone. There is no increased susceptibility to breakage at these points.
Proper putties (gluing and filling) are permitted. Please note this, it saves unnecessary costs and trouble.
